- If you wish to stop or cancel a promotion you have previously applied for, you can do so anytime by accessing the Member Center on the Website or App. Find the Promotion List, select the promotion you are currently enrolled in, and click on the “Stop Promotion” button to deactivate it. This allows you to manage your promotions flexibly according to your preferences.
- Please be aware that promotions cannot be combined or used simultaneously with other offers. Only one promotion may be active per member at any given time. Before applying for a new promotion, make sure you have not already activated another promotion to avoid conflicts and ensure proper use of our promotional benefits.
