Promo rules
- The total negative non-promo net win for the day will be carefully calculated based on the player’s actual gaming activity, ensuring that only valid losses are considered.
- Slots and Fishing game losses will be calculated separately, meaning that any losses incurred in slot games will not be combined with losses from fishing games. Instead, each category will be assessed independently to determine the cashback amount.
- The counting period for the cashback calculation runs from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM every day. Only losses that occur within this specific timeframe will be counted toward the cashback reward. Losses before or after this period will not be included in the calculation.
- The cashback credit requires a 1X turnover before it can be withdrawn. There are no restrictions on the withdrawal amount, meaning that once the turnover requirement is met, players can withdraw their cashback funds without any limitations.
- The cashback credit will be automatically released at 12:00 PM (noon) the following day. Players do not need to manually request the cashback, as the system will process the payout at the scheduled time.
- How to claim the cashback credit: Players can log in to their accounts and navigate to the Member Center. From there, go to the Promotion section, then click on Rolling Commission and select Losing Commission. Finally, click on the Receive button to successfully claim the cashback amount.
